The old way, you'd learn every step. The new way — the thing that's actually changing — is that you just say what you want, and the AI makes it.
Here's the shift, up close: you used to need to be technical to build a system to run your work — spreadsheets, databases, formulas, setup. Not anymore.
Now you bring the what — what you want, what matters to you — and the AI figures out the how. You describe it in plain words; it builds it.
You don't even need to know what to call it. Some people say "operating system." Really it's just this: a simple home for your work, where your ideas, your projects, and your next steps live — so nothing gets lost and you always know what's next.
Notice what just happened: you didn't write a formula or design a database. You said what you wanted, and it built the thing.
Start simple, then make it yours, the same way you started: by talking. "Add due dates." "This doesn't fit how I actually work — change it." "Make it feel calmer." It adjusts to you. People call this vibe coding: you shape it by conversation, not code — so what you end up with isn't a generic template, it's a simple thing built around your life.
And you can't get it wrong. Nothing breaks. If you don't like what it made, you just say "change it" — and it does. That's why this is a safe place to practice: you're only learning what to say.
Here's the part that matters most. You already have your AOS — the file that says who you are and how you work. Hand that to an AI, then just talk to it, and it can run real, multi-step work for you: an agentic flow. The AOS gives it your judgment; the conversation gives it the task. You bring the what and the why; it handles the how.
That's why this is easier than it has ever been. The wall used to be technical skill. Now the skill is knowing yourself — your AOS — and knowing what to say. Both of those you already have, or you're building them right here.
That's what "AI is changing everything" means, right here. You don't need the steps anymore. You need to know what you want — and how to ask for it. That's the whole skill this course is teaching you.
